2.2 Legitimate Use Cases

Acceptable uses include:

4.3 Unauthorized Commercial Use

• Reselling or redistributing CPN Suite outputs as "real" identities
• Using synthetic profiles for commercial transactions
• Creating services that claim to provide "clean" credit profiles
• Marketing CPN Suite as a credit repair solution

4.4 System Abuse

• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Automated scraping or excessive API usage
• Sharing account credentials or circumventing access controls
• Any activity that disrupts service availability

5. Account Monitoring & Enforcement

5.1 Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns, log access, and review activity to ensure compliance with these directives. This includes:

• Reviewing usage patterns for suspicious activity
• Logging access and feature usage
• Monitoring for prohibited use patterns
• Conducting security audits

5.2 Enforcement Actions

Violations of these compliance requirements may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or termination
• Forfeiture of all credits and subscription time
• No refunds for terminated accounts

6. Data Handling & Privacy

CPN Suite is designed to work exclusively with synthetic data. You must:

• Are synthetic and not real identities

• Does not submit, modify, or create real public records
